* World generation has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. This should fix many of the old generation bugs, but it needs testing — please report any issues or feedback.
* Added Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian and Italian translations. The mod now supports 7 languages in total: English, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian and Italian.
* Updated the mod thumbnail.
* Removed the Node Connections setting and adjusted the Min/Max range for pirates. This is a deliberate choice to keep the new version as stable as possible — these may change again in the future once the older WorldGen bugs are fixed in this version.
* Fixed settings panel showing an error on fresh installs — mod config window now opens correctly.

* Cargo Ship Wrecks slider now always allows up to 6, regardless of world size settings.
* Radar 2 and Corn Seeds are now guaranteed to spawn on the map (added safeguards so low pirate counts can't lock them out) this might still
  fail since so many diffrent settings in worldgen can be made (please let me know if it still fails).
* All sliders are now always visible — removed the "unlock by adjusting World Size / Max Nodes" since it coused problems when
  going to low on settings for nodes and worldsize and was just confusing.
