Bagger 288
==========

Alpha - mod can brake your save, so backup it please. I have no ability to test everything. I did all my best.

Adds a Bagger 288-style bucket-wheel excavator for continuous strip mining.
The machine digs loose materials at the wheel, buffers them internally, and outputs them through four rear loose ports (A–D).

Build
-----
- Toolbar category: Terraforming
- Cost: 500 Vehicle Parts III, 750 steel, 200 rubber.
- Needs: 30 workers, Maintenance II (22/mo), 10 MW electricity.
- Large footprint — leave room for the dig face and rear conveyors.

How to use
----------
1. Research "Bagger 288 excavator", then place the machine from the Terraforming toolbar with the dig face toward the ore face.
2. Connect loose conveyors to output ports A–D on the rear.
3. Open the machine inspector:
   - Travel distance — how far (in tiles) the chassis may advance while mining this strip (0–200).
   - Reverse when distance reached — after hitting the limit, reverse and keep mining on the way back instead of stopping.
   - Traveled forward — progress so far on the current strip.
4. Assign each mined product to at least one output port A–D (use the product pickers in the inspector). A warning icon appears on buffers that have no port assigned; those products will not leave. (works like ore sorter)

Notes
-----
- Digging pauses when output buffers are full; it resumes when there is room again.
