Version 0.4.1 - 2026-08-07

Added
- Added the same configurable RaiseUp/LowerDown controls used by the train
  construction tool (E/Q by default), including its up/down toolbox buttons.
- Added concrete highway supports at native train-track pillar candidate
  positions for inclined and raised flat road pieces.

Changed
- Highway cursor elevation now moves in one-tile steps from 0 to the native
  six-tile train-pillar limit.
- Raised G0 surfaces may span lower dry terrain. Inclined G4/G8 prototypes are
  already cost-free. When one connected, prevalidated plan contains at least
  one visibly supported flat G0 piece, the entire plan completes immediately as
  a single atomic batch. Purely near-ground plans keep their normal gravel and
  asphalt costs.

Fixed
- Terrain may no longer bury the thin highway deck at the upper end of a ramp.
  A small 0.02-tile penetration allowance keeps asphalt and edge markings
  visible; a higher plateau requires raising the preview.

- Highway construction now uses the native construction-site and truck-delivery

- Paid horizontal road costs scale with the actual segment length.
- T-junctions, cross intersections, and roundabouts use area-based construction
  costs.

Changed
- Each rounded-up horizontal tile of highway requires 2 gravel for the
  foundation and 1 asphalt for the paved surface.
- Flat G0 road surfaces remain terrain-bound within one height tile, while
  genuine G4/G8 ramp pieces may span lower dry terrain like rails and conveyors.
- Elevation planning prefers the higher endpoint so ramps rise before a dumped
  embankment instead of cutting through it.
- Inclined G4/G8 sub-pieces complete immediately so material trucks are not
  deadlocked at an unreachable construction site halfway up the unfinished ramp;
  horizontal highway pieces and nodes retain their normal material costs.
- Additional highway-exit searches are limited to the four best candidates.
- Only completed highway-network entities provide routing, speed, and
  maintenance benefits.

Fixed
- Terraced highway ramps are no longer rejected early by the train planner's
  narrower terrain tolerance before the highway corridor can be validated.
- A first click 10-20 tiles beyond a free highway end now continues that road;
  the directional 24-tile corridor also disambiguates one-tile segments.
- Dumped-ground ramps are no longer rejected merely because lower terrain lies
  more than one tile below a genuinely inclined G4/G8 road piece.
- Highway construction no longer stops at the first inclined piece because its
  delivery target cannot be reached before that same piece is completed.

  automatic arm selection.

  route when terrain work triggers route updates.
- Removed per-vehicle, per-simulation-step routing log messages.
