C&P Stage 3 Complete

This is the completed Stage 3 of Calen's Concrete and Paper blueprint:

so that you don't have to mess around with stages 1-2 and upgrade steps (which can be tricky, especially identifying which items have to be deleted between stages).

It uses Manufactured Sand.

This is for those who have not yet unlocked Chemical Plant 2 and Mixer 2 (required for the final build - Stage 3 Upgrade 2)
