Completely Redesigned for version 3.0

Designed to be a stand alone module and have the resources be brought in via trucks due to the extremely low throughput required for research. The Blueprint comes in 4 stages to upgrade from Lab Equipment 1 to Lab Equipement 4 in 4 easy steps. Its designed around running 3 labs at all times, which I've found does complete research for most players faster then they can build the infrastructure required to support the newly unlocked technology
