Makes 120/m Concrete - Can be placed before Tier 2 belts are available but only activate 2 Kilns, 2 Crushers and 4 Concrete Mixers.
Only Rock, gravel and final Concrete feed need to be TIer 2 Belts Tier 2 Storage is optional
