Fills internal storage first, then calls for a long train to pick up all the cargo.
This allows low throughput stations to adapt to rail network for loooooooong trains, without massive station space or losing efficiency.
Estimated to serve 10 ~ 40 cargo wagons at once, depending on storage size.
