Paste it into the game: Blueprints → Import from string. The game fetches the blueprint itself, so the link is all you need.
On an older game build that doesn't take links? Copy the blueprint string instead:
nice one...for the wastewater treatment, would you add sand recipe along side filter media using a balancer?
The system is too tightly designed and doesn't allow for sand as filtermaterial.
But I can tell you that for 25,600 workers, you need at least 61.44/60 filtermaterial.
