Recycling center

A very efficient recycling center designed for a large city.

Update: This set served me well for most of my game on the large map, but it was no longer enough. As the city grew and this set kept getting clogged, I built a larger recycling center. You can see it here: https://hub.coigame.com/Blueprint/Detail/1352
