E-R30 Rail Interchanges 4-line

Two-pack for four-track electric railways.

Blueprint contains:

1. flat E-R30 4-line 4-way with turbine.
2. flat E-R30 4-line 3-way.

Edited:

1. I removed the 180-degree turn feature in 4-way version (track connections at height). It was causing traffic jams. A version with a different 180-degree turning option is available here: https://hub.coigame.com/Blueprint/Detail/1398
2. I changed the middle crossings in 4-way version from 2 to 4 tracks.
