Takes a bit to charge. The rest is up to a player. Requires 12 solar to run as a thermal mechanical storage in TES. Its a hybrid of a coal hybrid. With 78 mechanical power. May handle a third turbine or fourth. Upgradeable by boiler replacement. Piping is for timings. May run with 64 solar panel to run electric boiler for more storage.

Recommended field change. Retro-grade or downgrade one of the tear II high pressure turbines connected to the thermal storage and keep the electric "Peaker" boiler at 12 steam in surplus. Add 2 rows of 10 solar cells. Bringing the number of rows to 5 rows of 10. Will be updated in latter release.
