Input: 48 MW of power (8 boilers) Output: 816 water and some brine
With a rocky shore and 9 designation square gap, these can be tesselated to use minimum space. Without tesselation, liquid dumps need a 10 designation square gap.
v2. made the blueprint much narrower by offsetting the liquid dumps
