- 216 Iron Ore also accepts Iron Scrap (on the same belt as ore)
- 18 Graphite
- 18 Limestone
- 36 Water
Output:
- 288 Iron
- 108 Slag
- 216 Exhaust

The molten channel is a limitation. It can do 120/60 and adding 3 smelters to 1 molten channel means it's not efficient. 48*3 = 144.
