A self-contained seaside oil refinery capable of processing ~100 Crude Oil/min into ~110 Hydrogen/min. Once the steam network has been primed by the electric boiler, the refinery becomes fully self-powered. Only a small water input is required to start the boiler, with optional limestone imports available for improved exhaust scrubbing.
