Compact tileable inline microchip factory. This is not a good first microchip factory.
Feed 4 silicon wafers/m, plus plastic, copper, gold, acid and water. Makes 8 microchips/m. Can be upgraded in place to Microchip Machine II, doubling production and resource usage.
