CTTW Nuclear Power T3 +O2 +H2

Compact nuclear power for tier 3 breeder reactor. Also produces (144/m) O2 and H2 most of the time, when the reactor is between full power and minimum power and in auto regulation with automated turbines on the flywheeled power lines. Water tank is for starter water only and is not part of the loop and can be removed afterwards. Feeds on one seawater pump and one liquid dump, minimizes seawater usage.
