Modular HighPerf Silicon II

This is a Tier 2 (Arc II) modular high performance silicon setup (see image 3 for the actual blueprint). It allows for a compact and serial tileable design and uses almost all of its available spaces between buildings, pipes, etc. To be prepared for a higher throughput, the pipes and belts are already defined as Tier 3 where needed.

At 100% this setup needs 8 TFLOPS and 11.64 MW as well as 52 Workers (transports excluded).
