When Crude Oil is being supplied and the Diesel output is LOW, the system operates as a normal diesel refinery.
However, if the Diesel output backed up or the Crude Oil supply is insufficient, the Distillation Towers will stop ,but the remaining Cracking Units will automatically switch to Water-to-Diesel mode and continue operating until the Buffer Tank is full instead of shutting down immediately. (workers will be less lazy)
