Rhell's Oil refinery

The complex primarily produces diesel fuel.
Heavy oil is used in steam boilers, which also receive some naphtha.
Naphtha is used for polymers, as well as for the production of additional diesel fuel (prioruty) or fuel gas.
The fuel gas obtained during rectification is decomposed into hydrogen, but the flow can be redirected using a liquid regulator (located between cracking units and reformers).
All exhaust gases are cleaned in a scrubber, and the resulting carbon dioxide can be used for various purposes (or released into the atmosphere).
Byproducts: ammonia, slag, sulfur.
Consumes: crude oil, water, limestone, electricity, and construction resources.
The initial startup is performed using an electric boiler, which can then be turned off. However, filling the system with steam takes a long time.

Productivity:

  • Diesel fuel: 288 (480 max)
  • Hydrogen: ~120 (400 max)
  • Fuel gas: 288 max
  • Rubber: 96
  • Plastic: 144
  • Ammonia: 36
  • Carbon dioxide: ~150 (~510 max)
  • Sulfur: ~48
  • Slag: ~9

Planned:

  • Normal modules (not cut out)
  • Reconfigured version
  • Almost entirely hydrogen version (will be able to collect gas for rotary kilns, gas turbine locomotives, waste incineration plants, etc.)
  • More cracking units and intermediate storage (nothing should burn in vain!)
  • Prioritization of certain petroleum product flows for greater efficiency
