Dual FBR w/ waste processing

This is a 2x Fast Breeder Reactor setup that includes integrated waste processing for all nuclear waste types. There is still lots of room for improvement but the balance on everything should be adequate for at least a couple thousand years.

NOTE: This will require additional external Fission Product storage if both reactors are running at maximum output. You will also need to kick-start the water cycle on initial build by switching one of the boilers to truck-supplied temporarily.
