The blueprint has accounted for the +25% rocket build cost, so is safe to use at Admiral difficulty.
All inputs marked on surface tiles.

• Booster parts x12
• Probe parts x4
• Rocket II x1 & Launch service (per 6 months)

Research prerequisites

The blueprint itself is usable without any repeatable research. But to reach the designed metric (full capacity), certain research buffs are needed.

Without repeatable research:

Maximum orbital delivery capacity : 20 Units per month

In order to reach full capacity:

Captain Difficulty: +80% Rocket Capacity needed.
Admiral Difficulty: +90% Rocket Capacity and at least +27% farm yield needed.

Setup

1. Put down the blueprint & wait for construction to complete.
2. Draw a logistics zone covering the launch pad and rocket depot to prevent unwanted external pathfinding.
3. Set the rocket depot to loop build Rocket II.
4. Properly connect all I/O ports. You will need 24 external sea water pumps (or 12 pumps if using doubled recipe).
5. Deliver around ~80 enriched uranium(20%) into according storage to boot up the FBR.
6. Deliver some water to kickstart the production cycle. Pause or deconstruct the water storage later on.
7. Once FBR starts running, unpause everything & turn off truck import for the enriched uranium storage.

Tips

• Steel plates as a byproduct MUST be removed for the blueprint to function properly.
• FBR are set to auto stop once enriched uranium backs up, saving precious ores. No need for auto regulation.
• Use with train networks recommended.
  If using train lines, make sure trains are set to not stay at station, so that different input types won't interfere with each other.
