Auto Fuel Saving 4x FBR feeder

This is a 3x enrichment FBR BP that automatically shuts down when core fuel demand is low, helping to avoid wasting uranium (to enrich nothing)
which means u don't need to worry about efficiency losses when connected FBR is using automatic regulation or simply not running at full power

*Because the slag output belts are mixed belt, running all 7 modules at 100% continuously may exceed the belt’s throughput. so If you plan to use this BP just for continuous operation instead of auto fuel saving feature, I recommend limiting it to 6 modules or adding an additional slag output belt.
