• 18 (default)
• 12 (pause pipe to the side of the front connector)
• 6 (pause pipe behind the front connector)
• 0 (pause both pipes)

Function: Limits flow in a pipe to 18, 12, or 6. This is useful for sour water early game as a single refinery only produces 18 sour water per minute (3.96 health worth) but if any amount of it is stored for any reason then it can get dumped all at once at a rate of 60 sour water (13.2 health worth) which is extremely deadly. But with this pipe it will be kept at 18 at all times so it stays constant
