Steel arcfurnace compact

Steel smelting arcfurnace comapct. There is a starter module and a module with two lines of steel smelting to upgrade. The belts and pipes only connect when the blueprints are used for expansion. When copy-past from already built structures some pipes and belts don't connect. But it is possible to add a module from the blueprint to a already built structure.

The three pipes coming out next to the steel storage are meant to provide smoke to an exhaust scrubber and low steam for futher use. But they don't need to be connected necessarily.

When upgrading from mi Mk.II build: delete the coal storages, the coal belts and the coal lifts first. You also need to upgrade the belts for iron ore crushed and iron scrap manually.
