- There is a coal powered boiler needed only to start the process. That can be deleted as soon as the production kicks in.
- No sour water to sulfur (it needs to be dumped)
- No light oil to fuel gas
- Both light oil and heavy oil are turned into steam(high)
- The excess steam(high) can be redirected to the power plant, otherwise, the excess light oil and heavy oil will be burned.
