Dual coal power station with cooling towers.
Pipe balancer configured to take reclaimed water as priority. Some turbine balancing and generator priority settings applied.
No buffers in this blueprint, but can be easily added. Mix of L1 and L2 pipes depending on requirements.

i'm think it's more efficient to merge hi steam and lo steam turbine in one unit mainy because it take less space (2 unit demande 2 pipe work)
