Shibby's Steel Smelting Set

Blueprint consisting of 3 modules:

1. smelters supply with Graphite + Water, and dumping of low steam, Slag + Exhaust for further use
2. steel smelters supply module
3. steel smelting extendable array

Just clip them together, main modules are 4 tiles apart, extendable arrays only 2 tiles. All storages are set to keep full respectively keep empty by default.
