Here's a compact nuclear power plant, compatible with its upgraded version, which will provide you with 120 to 180Mw of power. You'll need to add storage for the spent mox.

once you've added enough water, the cooling towers will create a quasi-closed cycle.

there is also a cooling tower to prevent the power plant from overheating.
