8x oil refinery + 1 lvl 1 dist for steam if required
is set up to turn most of everything into hydrogen
excess combustable products have boilers waiting to make steam, has loose product boilers as starters/backups
currently makes acid, paper, rubber, fert2 but can be expanded as time moves on (concrete prod, ore refining, nuclear etc)
