Auto Input Shutoff (Concrete Crushers) - Proof of Concept

Avoiding idle machines by using multiple recipes while preventing deadlock by shutting off input for satisfied recipes.

This blueprint uses shared crushers with all recipes for manufactured sand, gravel and crushed slag set. When usage buffers are full, balancers shut off the inputs that are no longer needed to prevent a deadlock in the system.
