Hydro Power Plant V3

Running low on water? Running low on power? Fear not! Hydro Power Plant can take in any form of fuel while contain a back up coal boiler. To start up, enable the bypass pipe to feed water into coal boiler, once the power plant is stable, turn off bypasses to allow production of power and water with only silky, salty and toxic sea water!

Version 3: complete OverHaul!!! After tinkering a bit and progressed more into the science tree I was able to obtain a realiable Burnable Fuel for Gas Boiler and a way to use Brine. So came the Hydro Power Plant V3! Not only it is expandable for its Turbine, Steam and Desalinator It is also completely automated. Any excessive byproduct can be easily disposed without interfare with the power generation! Also for the Brine byproduct, you can also swap the pound to produce Clorine for other uses :P
