Late Oil Refinery

This oil refinery takes 104/60 crude and turns it into diesel, fuel gas, and rubber. When diesel over fills it is used to enhance rubber production, and when fuel gas over fills it is turned into diesel. Boiler uses coal, but can be changed easily. Sulfur has an output at the edge for easy use.
