This id JDPlay's double oil blueprint with added Salt, Silicon poly, Massive Water, Rubber, and small diamond setup. If you run low on Brine, There's a lot of it being dumped into the sea that could be redirected to the tanks with a balancer.

Paste it into the game: Blueprints → Import from string. The game fetches the blueprint itself, so the link is all you need.
On an older game build that doesn't take links? Copy the blueprint string instead:

since it is based off of JDPlays double oil blueprint, it is essentially the same as his regular sized one just bigger. He made video(s) on youtube explaining the stages to put the regular one together for those who dont have all the tech.
JD's Stuff isn't updated to Update 3.
It still works for me.
