I think Titanium Slag belts are slightly off (ie one of the T3 belts is connected to 7, and the other to 9 arcs, which over- and under-supplies the dowstream chem 2's dropping the efficiency a few points).
um I think you probably just miscounted. I checked it again but each belt has 8 ARCs connected to it.
