Space Probe + Asteroid Booster

Creates Space Probe and Asteroid Booster - all input should be there already from other factories. Needs enriched uranium and plutonium as input! So needs to be built near reactor. Also note that radioactive material on belts cause pollution so you better have very short belts or manage the output to this factory somehow.
