To keep the conveyor belt running smoothly, you need to control the amount of goods produced to prevent overflow. Alternatively, surplus items can be recycled or processed.

Paste it into the game: Blueprints → Import from string. The game fetches the blueprint itself, so the link is all you need.
On an older game build that doesn't take links? Copy the blueprint string instead:
What's the ideal crop setup? They don't save to blueprint unfortunately
It's hard to give a definite answer... But I currently have 2 modules set up (roughly calculated for 10,000 people and assuming all types of food are available):
Vegetables: 2 farms at 130% fertilizer efficiency Fruits: 2 farms at 140% Rapeseed: 1 farm at 110% Corn: 3 farms at 130% Wheat: 3 farms at 130% Sugarcane: 1 farm at 50% Soybeans: 2 farms at 110% Potatoes: 1 farm at 140%
The remaining 1 farm can be allocated to produce anything that helps reduce fertilizer consumption. (It’s better to assign it to fruits, because with just 2 farms you’ll be short by about 5 units of production per month for 10k people.)
When I have time, I’ll put together a fully optimized (as much as possible) setup with farms and food production. P.S. I haven’t tested it on 10k population yet — I only have 7k so far. (GPT translate)
