Compact 4x Reactor Tier 2 Setup

This is my attempt at placing four Tier 2 reactors together using the least space possible. It includes a regenerative water system, where depleted steam is converted back into water, plus cooling towers to prevent clogging if the water output isn’t at maximum.

I believe it can be used early, as long as the main pipes and belts are built. The rest can be added as needed.
