This is a complete loop designed to work with the solar panel to quartz contract
The setup won't start itself, it will need to be fed with water, sulfur and sand brine It will be easier to make a start up pipe conection from coal boiler to desalinators
Depots from left to right should be assigned to:
Sulfur → Coal | Slag → Sour Water | Solar Panel → Quartz
The only inputs are limestone, coal, and steel. This will also generate excess water, which must be extracted Quartz converted into sand will be processed into glass and silicon (poly), or can be extracted as sand

After heavy load test, I've noticed some space for improvement, added a third sour water stripper, changed how to handle with excess brine, and added some loops/balancers to improve speed
