Only needs oil and a bit of water, outputs 312 diesel/60s, 24 fuel gas/60s, 24naphta/60s for plastic (for rubber i use the diesel recipe), about 22 ammonia/60s for ferteliziers, about 10 sulfur/60s and 72 acid/60s for glass and copper.
