Without having to go searching dozens of mod pages in the HUB and manually checking to see if the mod has updates every time I play COI, is there a way to know if a Mod has a new update when starting COI or any other way?

I would highly recommend Fabios great Mod Manager he made for the community. It will make updating mods very easy for you.
It also have blueprint support.

It has a GUI so very easy to work with. 😊

In fact why hasn't MaFi Games incorporated this and make it as part of the Hub?🤔

It's not on hub because it's not a mod, it's a program. 😊
I am sure that you will love it and say goodbye to old ways of manually have to check and update mods. 👍

I downloaded Fabios Mod Manager and it worked like a champ.

Except, I noticed when you go to the Maps Hub tab or Blueprints Hub tab, it doesn't list all of the items the COI Hub has. I noticed my map was not available in his Mod Manager. 😢

I thought maybe because I didn't Sign-In to the COI Hub with the program, so I Signed-in and it still doesn't list all the maps and blueprints.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

That sounds like a bug then. Maps was just released when i asked him to add it. Do you have discord? You can tell him about it here in his mod channel https://discord.com/channels/803508556325584926/1507876186049478737
