Multiple areas for mining tower

Hello!

It would be great if I could set multiple zones for mining tower. For example one for mine and another for dumping. Because there are cases when you have something between mine and dump area so you don't want to mine all of it, just part.

Currently, you can do that with really funky-shaped mining tower regions- it's been a while since we were last restricted to rectangular zones. Multiple unconnected zones for a single tower would be an interesting feature, though.
