I use some of the large turbines.

I had the Idea to do forestry below them. You are able to place building (like farms or offices) in their radius, but you are unable to plant trees. The problem could be, that the "placement radius" doesnt block building but ground-changing designation (forestry, mining).

I dont know if or how possible it would be …
