I updated to version 4.0.1, but the issue still occurs.

After upgrading, my save stopped working. Some conveyor belts are no longer moving, and I can't do anything to fix them. I reverted to version 4.0, and the save works correctly again, but the docks are still not showing up.

The settlement has extremely high consumption demands. My milk consumption was at 30/1299, so I built 6 dairies, each producing 7.32 milk, and suddenly the demand jumped to 150/1299. Don't even get me started on fish—I can't figure out a good production ratio for that. Is there any way to adjust…
