COI E Friendly

Map made for ease of play with COI Extended mod(s). You should NOT run out of resources but the shore near the starting point is Very dock friendly for importing the things you cand put on trhe map like sulfur if you need more of it. This is Version 2. After playing on V1 for a few days, I realized that you could run out of dumping area so i pulled in the coastlines slightly and the ocean floor falls at twice the rate of before. Also added a depleted uranium mountain for your nuclear builds. ( Credit to Calen and his 5 reactor blueprint for this part). Lastly, I added 2 other possible starting locations.
