The old shipping wharf

Captain, we have found what appears to be an old shipping wharf.

It got plenty of resources stockpiled, covered by some kind of waste material. Maybe the remains of whatever contained it, but it will slow down extraction.

The main downside is that we will struggle to farm the land. The scouts didn't find any ground water, only some crude oil that has seeped into the ground. So we will need to get water from other means, but our initial fuel should be covered.

The scouts found a suitable landing spot, where there is a few smaller piles of resources, that will give us the boost needed to build the initial infrastructure.

Overall, its possible to rebuild the old wharf back to its glory, but it wont be easy. The decision is yours, Captain.
