Captain, we have found an old agricultural island, which has since overgrown.

Seems it was abandoned when an Iron-Copper asteroid hit the island. The hit also caused formation of Limestone and exposed an deep Crude Oil deposit.

Overall, we will have what we need to establish an industry, but will need to find some other sources, to cover our the rest of our needs.
