Add a seawater generator that draws seawater to generate electricity.
It produces 15MW of power and must be built on the coast.
Note: Only one of this structure is allowed to maintain game balance.
This mod is compatible with version 0.8.4b
Version 2.0 supports internationalization with English as the default language.
