* 重新命名和重构底层逻辑。简化电力系统。
* 添加净水发电站和污水发电站建筑。
* 重构模型。
* 声明，以往本人制作的水电mod在本mod发布后停止更新。将会被本mod替代。
从功能和外观上，本mod完全具备相同的功能。测验版本0.8.7c
* Refactor and deprecate the previous hydropower mod released in July 2025.
* Rename and refactor underlying logic. Simplify the power system.
* Add Water Purification Power Plant and Sewage Power Plant buildings.
* Refactor models.
* Statement: The old hydropower mod made by me will stop receiving updates once this mod is released and will be replaced by this mod.
This mod has exactly the same functions in terms of features and visuals. Test version 0.8.7c
