When Cutting a ghost selection it is easy to accidently delete my selection by right clicking. Also, it would be nice to always be able to paste from an internal buffer the last item(s) copied or cut. As I get older it is getting harder to deal with the commands that use shift and control to modify them. This should help with that. (And it would be really nice to have an Undo command.)

Last thing cut or copied should be retained in the clipboard. Losing an entire build because you accidentally hit 'x' again is really frustrating.
