Spent Fuel - Nuclear - No way to store or consume

I am in late game, and the spent fuel waste product from nuclear reactor has no way to define a storage building for that as a content, nor any way to consume it. The storage building will not accept it, but it is queueing up on the flat conveyor belt. Need a way to store, burn, or consume spent fuel.

You need to build more long term storage's as you fill one out, in the past there was a mox reactor in the tree as a to be added but this has been removed until a valid tech is added when they can get to it.

Hey buddy, turn off the environment and pollution cheats and it will store your spent fuel right away.

There is already a special storage building for this in the game.
